CRM Manager
GEMWe’re looking for a CRM Manager to join our product team and build communications that genuinely help users — not just become “another email in the inbox.”
You’ll be responsible for creating and developing campaigns that reach users at the right moment and improve their overall product experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop post-booking communications, from trip preparation through to the end of the journey
- Shape the strategy and development plan for post-booking communications
- Design trigger-based communication flows, from booking and pre-flight preparation to in-trip messaging, post-trip feedback, and NPS
- Work with customer journey maps (CJMs) to identify moments where communication can genuinely help users
- Develop post-booking cross-sell, choosing products and mechanics based on each trip’s context
- Run A/B tests: formulate hypotheses, set up experiments, and analyze results
- Analyze campaign metrics to understand how communications affect not only opens and clicks, but also user behavior in the product
- Work closely with product, analytics, engineering, and other teams
- Own launch quality: validate segments, sending conditions, and flow logic to make sure messages reach the right users at the right time in the right way
What we expect from you:
- 3+ years of experience in CRM communications
- Hands-on experience with triggered communications, segmentation, and personalization
- A strong understanding of CJMs and the ability to build communications around user needs
- Strong analytical skills: you can tell the difference between an email open and a user taking the intended action, and know how to analyze both
- The ability to formulate hypotheses, run A/B tests, and evaluate results through product metrics
- Experience working with large user bases of 500K+ users
- Experience working cross-functionally: you can align with product, analytics, and engineering teams, understand their context, and drive projects through to launch
How we work:
- Work from anywhere in the world: no location restrictions, salary paid in USD, travel-loving culture
- No bureaucracy: efficient processes, horizontal and open communication, quick idea discussion and decision-making
- Benefits compensation: private medical insurance, psychotherapy or language courses, sports activities, and sick leave.
